Training for the Tax Administration officials in the field of registration of the insured at the PIO and Health Fund

According to the Plan on implementation of the Project: Unified registration and reporting system of clearance and payment of taxes and contributions, it is envisaged that the registration of the insured at the PIO nad Health Fund should begin on March 1th 2010, by submission of the unified return for the registration of taxpayers, payers of contributions and the insured (JPR) at competent branch offices of the Tax Administration.
The principle One return- one counter is promoted by the application of the unified return upon the registration of taxpayers.
Former separate registrations of taxpayers and the insured for pension and disability and health insurance at several authorities, by filling in large number of forms, will be integrated into the registration on all aforesaid grounds via JPR at one place. Thus, the problem of incompatibility of data between the authorities will be solved.
As to insure that the Tax Administration officials authorized for taxpayer services and registration are completely prepared for the registration of the insured at the PIO nad Health Fund, the Tax Administration organized the training for them, at the Headquarters Training Room (IT Department, 4th Foor). Twenty one officials, devided in 2 groups, will attend the training (15-16 February 2010- first group; 18-19 febrauary 2010- second group, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Representatives of Hermes SoftLab, the consulting company in charge of the registration software production, organized the training, together with the officials of the Department for taxpayer services and registration.

The training focused on the use of the computer program for the registration of taxpayers, payers of contributions and the insured at the PIO and Health fund, as well as on the correct input of data from the JPR form (technical part)- the field oh Hermes SoftLab and on correct interpretation of legal regulations (legal part)- the field of the officials of the Department for taxpayer services and registration.
It is also envisaged that the officials should get acquainted with the practical experience of the PIO and Health Fund.
