Within the realization of the Project Unified registration and collection2, the Tax Administration launched activities on testing IOPD return- Report on assessed personal income tax and contributions for social security insurance.
The testing will be organized in the period September- December 2009. The first phase involves the training for 8 officials employed in Branch Offices on positions for input and processing of tax returns, that will be users of the program for input and processing of IOPD return. The training is scheduled and carried out in the Head Quarters of the Tax Administration in the Classroom for trainings, in the period 08.09.2009.-11.09.2009 (4 work days), from 09:30 to 16:30.
The training was performed by a representative of the consulting house Hermes Softlab, in charge of the realization of the Project Unified registration and collection and two representatives of Information Department of the Tax administration.
Participants of the training were informed about all functionalities of the software for input and processing of IOPD returns, as well as about the way of submission, input and processing of the main and changed Returns IOPD. What was also presented were the list of documents that the software contains and certain reports on tax payers and contributors.
For purposes of the training IOPD forms for 8 tax payers with all data on assessed taxes and contributors for one tax period were prepared. The participants pasted returns in the system and created changed returns according to given data.
After the training, participants were completely ready for the use of IOPD from. Furthermore, the manual for users of the program was issued, with the purpose of easier use and training of officials employed in Branch Offices, i.e. subsidiaries.
