Respected tax payers,

The Tax administration has brought the project Unified registration and collection of taxes and controbutions in the finalisation phase.
The registration of tax payers, as you were informed, in line with the Rulebook on form and content of the unified return for registration of tax payers, contributors and policy holders in the Central Registry (Official Gazette of Montenegro No.45/08 from 31.07.2008, 80/08 from 26.12.2008, 15/09 from 27.02.2009, 43/09 from 03.07.2009), on JPR form, was launched on March 1st 2009 and is successfully carried out.
The Rulebook on form, content, way of filing and submission of the unified form of report on assessed personal income tax and contributions for social security insurance (Official Gazette of Montenegro No.45/08 from 31.07.2008, 80/08 from 26.12.2008, 40/09 from 19.06.2009) was adopted in the part of tax and contributions for natural person incomes, designating form, content, way of filing and submission of the form Report on assessed personal income tax and contributions for social security insurance- IOPD. Its impleemntation is scheduled for 01.01.2010
The Tax administration provided a module within the system Unified registration and collection for input and processing of IOPD forms.
With the aim of successful implementation of the system for assessment of taxes and contributions on natural person incomes, in line with the above mentioned Rulebook, we have planned the testing of IOPD form in the period September-December 2009. For quality testing, we consider participation of certain number of tax payers essential.
Thus, we are suggesting, if you agree, that you, together with the Tax administration, take part in the finalisation of this large Project.
In the case that you are willing to test the module for processing of IOPD form with us, your obligation would be to:
Accomplish and submit the assessment of taxes and contributions for personal incomes of employed workers, apart from the existing OPD1 forms, also in the IOPD form during the period September-December 2009 in line with The Rulebook on form, content, way of filing and submission of the unified form of report on assessed personal income tax and contributions for social security insurance (Official Gazette of Montenegro RCG, No 29/05).
Emploees of the Tax Administration Branch Offices will give you all necessary support for good realisation of this testing.
We have the opportunity to cooperate with tax payers in such way for the first time and we have chosen it for the reason that we consider it the raight way for successful implementation of the new legal and program solution of teh Project Unified registration and collection.
