Slobodan Popović was born 01.12.1958 in Nikšić.
He graduated from Faculty of Economy Beograd, and he finished Primary and Secondary School in Nikšić.
He attended professional trainings, for which he possesses following certificates:
· Certificate on accomplished training «Methods and Instructions for Inspecting Control».
· Certificate on accomplished training «Training of Instructors».
· Certificate on accomplished training «Stuff Management with the Aim of Achieving Objectives».

Work experience:
1991/92 – Apprenticeship in Ministry of Finance
Since 28.07.1992– Directorate of Public Revenues- Financial Officer in Department for combat against tax felonies, and then Senior Inspector for terrain control 
Since 21.01.2005- Independent Advisor in Branch Office for tax collection
Since 10.02.2005- Head of Tax Administration Branch Office Nikšić
